    Flexible, supportive and fun place to work
    The good thingsThe flexible working arrangements and hybrid work model make it easy to balance work and personal life. I also appreciate benefits like birthday leave and fun team engagement activities. The transparency in the company also makes it a great place to work.
    The challengesFast-paced work environment. But here’s always something new to learn and with supportive teammates and open communication, it’s easy to navigate and actually grow from these experiences.

    Amazing working environment and colleagues
    The good thingsWhat I enjoyed very much working here is the minimal pushbacks I've experience in sharing my ideas and initiative. I was given the space to make small changes and improvements to current structure and processes. The colleagues are always willing to lend their support and their opinions.
    The challengesYou need to take initiative in finding issues and projects you would like to be a part of in order to ensure the work load is not repetitive. Communication is key. Communicate your intentions , interest and plans to provide clarity to the team in what would you like to focus your efforts on.

    Great Working Culture
    The good thingsIt's easy to work with everyone in the company as they emphasize transparency and helping out our colleagues whenever we can. Senior team members are ever ready to provide guidance and constructive feedback on how you can improves your quality of work. The unlimited quantity and quality of snack and coffee does help provide a conducive environment.
    The challengesThe environment is pretty faced based as we service many clients, but the flexible and supportive environment provides an encouraging space to continuously perform the best we can.
