    A challenging but rewarding place to build your skills quickly.
    The good thingsOne colleague in my department guided me a lot and helped me improve my design skills from beginner level to becoming much more confident and capable. I’m very grateful for the support and knowledge he shared. Other colleagues are also friendly and supportive, which makes the working environment comfortable. The HR team is very responsive and helpful whenever assistance is needed. The company also provides good benefits such as company trips, dinners, and bonuses, which makes employees feel appreciated.
    The challengesSince this is an agency environment, the workload and pressure can be quite high, especially when handling multiple projects with tight deadlines and a high number of projects. This is not a place to chill because the deadlines and workload require you to stay focused and manage your time well. Fast learners who can adapt quickly will do well here. However, it is also a good learning experience, especially for fresh graduates who want to improve their skills quickly.

    The good thingsWorking here has been a great experience, especially as a fresh graduate. The company gave me the chance to be hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, which really helped me learn a lot. It’s also a great workplace with flexible hours. The team is very supportive, always willing to help, and full of ideas to improve optimization and strategy.
    The challengesSo far, the only challenge I feel is that my schedule can get quite packed because of the workload, but I take it as a good challenge to push myself and grow.

    The good thingsDuring my time as a Marketing Senior Executive, I really enjoyed the chance to get hands-on with different campaigns and explore creative ideas. I liked that I could try new things, learn a lot about digital marketing, and work with teammates who were supportive and fun to be around.
    The challengesThe workload could be intense at times with multiple projects and tight deadlines, but those very challenges pushed me to manage my time better, coordinate across departments, and adapt quickly to changes, shaped me into a more corporate-ready person.

    Good Working Environment & Learning Place but Poor Management System
    The good thingsIt will be a great place for those who like challenges and learning. You need to learn a lot of things and absorb them in a short period. Friendly and helpful colleagues in the operation and sales team.
    The challenges(-) The company starts micromanaging employees to do a lot of updates on daily tasks and meetings during MCO & RMCO. (-) They're not necessarily or not logical requests from management to the staff. For example, WFO during a high number of cases during this pandemic where we have restriction on the movement during MCO & RMCO. (-) Overwhelming workload due to the lack of experienced staff and insufficient human workforce. Sometimes, you need to OT to rush last-minute projects. (-) Keep changing direction since 2019. Always empty promise, giving a lot of excuses from the management. (-) Not being appreciated. The management tries to provide different kinds of excuse patterns more than badminton to keep one at low pay without getting promotion or increment throughout the two-year period with them. (-) The company didn't put in the effort to retent good employees, causing loss of precious assets, keep getting new employees with less experience to handle all the loads even corporate clients. (-) No plan for employee growth. Poor human resources management. Stubborn high management that keeps to ancient thought of wonder. Not open-minded. (-) No transparency of work. No updates from management for those said-to-be-executed items. Things always get faded.

    The good thingsIt's a great place for fresh graduates. Working here let us learn all the basic material we need. Environment is super friendly & nice. Pressure isn't heavy. Flexible working hours as long as it's 8 hours (no OT). A very motivating company where everyone helps everyone out.
    The challengesYour voice is not really heard. HR stops a lot of things (not sure if they're like that or they have to look like the bad guy in order to make the company more systematic). Very hard to get an appraisal unless you make a difference in the company.

    The good thingsOverall the comany environemnt and collegaue is good and supportive. everyone willing to teach and guild you. It's good for fresh graduate or inexperienced person but with a lower paid.
    The challengesLimited growth with your career development and unstable management. company keep changing the direction without employee consideration. that is no standard guidance from management.Company also didn't maintain the rentention rate with the existing staff. so it's very common every month has staff leaving in the company.

    The good thingsCompany is giving alot of opportunities to grow and continuous training is provided to ensure you are fit to management role which sale is prioritise. 2. Good environmental. Youthful culture. 3. More than usual bonding event between teams.
    The challengesCompany is experiencing continuous changes from all sort of level thus you might miss out very often if your superior never inform or update subordinate. 2. Operation skills need to be updated constantly. 3. More experience staffs need to be hire to involve in planning of online campaign. 4. High sale target. 5. Lots of staffs are more self centric rather than putting client interest as priority.

    The good thingsFriendly colleagues and helpful superior. Very less politics and bosses are fun and close to normal staff. They have rest room with massage chair, bean bags and PlayStation for all staff. As long as you get your job done, you want to have rest or nap, it's up to you. It's a good place for you to have self development.
    The challengesProbably they should have more on-hand training for staff especially sales people so that they are well-prepared when talking to clients and potential clients. Clearly stated what company can and cannot do.

    Great Company Culture with Poor Management
    The good thingsGood company culture, company benefits, low power distance between boss and staff and fun working environment. Creative and outstanding ideas by marketing to have fun events.
    The challengesStay in comfort zone, undergo major transformation to earn more money but not expanding internal skills and knowledge to cope with the latest market demand. The growth of operation department does not comply with company size as well as the world outside. Poor leadership skills superior, with little or no guidance at all, will only screw staffs for sales target.

    Great \"Learning process\", Low Motivation and Guidance, New comers are recommended apply on your own risk.
    The good thingsThe company has a pool table, table tennis, etc... They equipped with entertainments for good de-stress purposes. What they need is to build an indoor pool (Just a suggestion, cheers :) ) They have a snack bar, fully filled with food pantry, don't worry you might get starved to death in the case if someone locked you inside the company, you can still survive with the resources.
    The challenges-Lack of motivation from the superior, make sure you either have a very good self-esteem or you are natural talented for the job applied. -Management has room for improvement, keep it up :) -Unclear company policies, undergoing major transformation. Hints for you whoever wanted to grow in a soon-to-be-large-corporation.

    The challengesNo flexibility for sales (Must punch in and out). Poor commission scheme and only focus on new account without caring much on existing accounts. They prefer hiring external managers for quick growth instead of planning career path for loyal employees. All about ROIs.
