    I have tough an experienced more on mechanical and electrical&electronic skill .also have an experienced oil & gas industries. troubleshooting and preventive maintenance and reporting
    The good thingsThe best of thing is all the machine in automatically move. While have a problem we need to troubleshoot and solve also prevent from happening again. So we need to have a more knowledge and experience from mechanical , electrical, plc, and network.. sometimes we need to do a modification for improved or protect a part on machine.
    The challengesLess benefit for our staff. No employer union. We didn't get what's on aggrement letter.
