    No proper handing over from the colleagues, .
    The good thingsIts located in Cyberjaya which is less traffic and less stress.
    The challengesNo proper documentation. Managers have no knowledge on the roles and just reply on the senior whom has resigned form the role. A lots of redundant happened and retrenchment happened every year which is unsecure company to work with.

    The environment, work culture are the key reason I love TDL
    The good thingsTDL is a good company for fresh graduates especially to venture new things and learn a lot along the way. Career path and growth is another factor I would add. If you are thirst and hunger on Technologies and like challenges, this would be a great place to start with.
    The challengesThe workload at times can get really overwhelming, but same time there is always a work life balance.

    The good thingsAs a fresher there are wide learning scope because there are no restrictions to handle the cases. You always can seek for assistance from the seniors and they are willing to help eventhough they are busy
    The challengesThe working hours is quite long and you may find some time to adapt the working hours.

    The good thingsA superb place to work for fresh graduates to learn and gain experience working in finance team. Very helpful and supportive teammates/bosses. Career growth and opportunities are there to be grabbed. Great atmosphere but even greater people to work with.

    Awesome
    The good thingsThe working culture in this company. The unique and positive culture encouraged among employees, the value that they hold when providing services to the customers. The people that you meet, especially those from the different branch, can get to know more of them and learn more from each other. It's like a one big family under one big umbrella.
    The challengesMotivates you to keep on being better. Pretty busy during BH, but there is always a huge room to grow, especially when you are working with customers who actually knows more than you do.

    A good place to learn
    The good thingsGood technical people with years of experience. Open space area for working, no cubicles, you could be sitting next to a manager any day. Good atmosphere overall in the working area. Supportive managements. If you are working in the night shift, you can play the Playstation if your DM allows you.
    The challengesOn my position, if two of your colleagues did not show up and there is no replacement, it is going to be hectic. You will be chasing people all around whether the ISP or customer or the BDM. Updating tickets in the systems clearing out the SLA.

    The good thingsA happy employee is a good employee. that's what this company is all about. Maintaining a good relationship with the employees boost productivity and ensures that everyone gets what they deserve. Management is also in the lookout for better staff career growth and opportunity is given to everyone. Transparency is also vital as everyone is aware of the company's direction and goals.
    The challengesI do not see any challenges as I am given enough training and support by management to ensure that every task at hand is completed. The company's transparency also allows the staff to achieve greater goals and become good to great.
