Great place to experience working with global brands
The good thingsA small boutique agency that works with some really exciting brands. Due to the small team size, I had to opportunity to work on different parts of many projects.
The challengesSmall team so everyone has to wear different hats but I actually gained more from this challenge.

Got to learn a lot while working here
The good thingsThe people are friendly. A good place to gain knowledge and improve your skill sets.
The challengesConstantly had to work until late. This however depends on the type of accounts or clients you are handling. If you're a super workaholic and doesn't care about having balance in your work and life, then you'd be fine.

    Bad working experience
    The good thingsFree dinner allowance.
The challengesWorking system very bad, simple job need to be done in many unnecessary way altho gave advise in better ways. Never communicate in a proper way especially the teamwork pitching. Favourism play a main role in this place. Teamwork does not apply in some team, people at there expect you to know everything instead giving you a chance to learn.

    A good stepping stone
The good thingsYou will never be a day at bore as there is always on-going tasks, challenges to face, and very good clienteles. So as long as you love being in an agency, you will love being at any... it doesn't have to be here per se.
The challengesThere are no proper on boarding session. You are expected to just come on first day and 'get it going' - no matter your level of employment. Just like any agencies, dramas & politics fills the empty spaces, floating around and about. Even if you ignore & avoid them, you'll somehow get tangled in. You'll survive here if you love being in groups.

Best Agency I have ever been!
The good thingsI've had the pleasure to work with LOKi for 1 year and an half-I can say only great things about them. Weng Loke (The agency's owner) gave me the opportunity to develop as Digital Marketer. I came there as Digital Strategist and leave as a full-fledged Performance Marketer. The agency structure allows you to take on more roles and reward you with bonus and salary increase if you achieve the KPIs. I've never experienced such a rapid growth in a company, in just 1 year the agency growth from 9 employees to 30+, winning regional pitch and managing important clients. On top of this, Loke is the best boss you can imagine, and one that listens, really listen, to your concern and do its best to sort things out. Suzen (The Head of Digital) is the most passionate individual you can find inside a Digital Agency. She'll make you love Brainstorming as I never met somebody with such a detailed and engaging way to brief team. Definitely, it is the best agency if you start your career in Digital Marketing, I wish I met Loke earlier.
The challengesIf you are a designer or an account manager, expect to work very long hours. Nevertheless, this is the reality of successful digital agencies in SEA.
