    The good things-Saturday and sunday (cuti) -Many responsible -Strong -Can learn how to manage your emotional and stress cause the job task is challenging and something good to try to work here.

    The challengesNeed to meet production requirement with JIT sometimes. Must work overtime but still can't finish the work. Can die can't on leave, if not the workload like a mountain.
