    Amazing workplace with friendly staffs
The good thingsDefinitely a good place to work to maintain work-life balances. The workload is light (except when it is near to the quarter end but still comprehendable), and people leaders here is willing to help if you are interested to pursue a higher career.
The challengesThe work itself is lack of challenge and repetitive, and sometimes you would lack of directions in your career if you stuck in a position for too long.

Global company with great people culture
The good thingsThe people are very friendly and there are opportunities to communicate often with teams in the APAC region, sharing best practice and collaborate on projects. Since the acquisition of Refinitiv by LSEG, there has been a lot of improvement. Some on employee benefits, some in the systems and processes, etc. No growth or changes come without obstacles, and what's interesting is the way change management is conducted or shared. Cross-teams collaboration are obvious, so are sharing of information about functions of other teams within the same group. During meetings, the leaders always turn on their camera, no matter where they are in the world. Lead by example, making new comers fell welcomed, there is just something special about the people culture that I like very much. The company also invests in modern tools/systems to enable us to perform our best. I think that's very important.
The challengesNone significant enough that I can mention that I have not faced in other companies before. There are challenges everywhere.

    Best place to learn Operations
The good thingsbeen here for 6 years! What can I say- it has been a great experience in terms of: 1. Knowledge 2. Learning new skills. 3. Management team and engagement 4. Peers and Operations 5. Growing in roles and career paths 6. Bonus and Salary I mean you can continue to type more and more, but you have to be here to experience the amount of knowledge and experience you get! Management team wise, depending which department you report they have they're own culture and who they work towards the end goal. Some can follow and some loves to complaint, but end of the day we come as a big "family".
The challengesIf your the type who do not want to move fast, then this is not the place for you and your career. Its a pay for performance company, so either we buck up or pack up. You like challenges, then here is the place to be. So think if your made for operations type of role? if yes, then you know where to go.

Good work life balance, poor annual/bonus increment
The good thingsPeople, work culture and great work life balance. Very flexible in terms of work and less stress.
The challengesPoor annual compensation and benefits. Not so good if one is seeking for a career with advancement. Great platform for fresh grad but not so for someone who hungers for challenges/experience.

    More bad than good
The good thingsMeeting friendly colleagues. Flexible clock-in hour. Improved my ability to multi-task as well as to handle stress.
The challengesThe high turnover rate which management doesn't seem to care much about. New analysts keep coming in but old analysts keep leaving. Heavy workload with no compensation. Impossible to have worklife balance with the amount of work needed to be done. Even if you managed to finish your task in advance, new task will still keep flooding in. Hence basically, you wouldn't get any rest. Salary not on par with my effort given.

Great Working Environment, Not So for Salary & Experience
The good thingsHaving worked here for almost 3 years, I found that most of the staff are very friendly and co-operative. Apart from that, you get to work for only 7 hours daily, unlike any other companies that require you to work for 8 hours daily. One of the biggest plus working in Finexsys Sdn Bhd is it's workload. It is safe to say that the work is quite simple and easily carried out, thus stress-free work.
The challengesOne of the biggest flaw is the salary. There's no increment for a very long time and it is quite frustrating for the senior staffs as their salary does not differ that much with the newbies. Apart from that, due to it's easy and simple jobs, career and experience development is a far-cry for the fresh graduate looking to better themselves in worklife and gain more knowledge.

Good name on your CV for new graduates but not good for a long-term career
The good thingsGood name recognition. Thomson Reuters, the parent company of IntegraScreen, is a well-known international organization. Some flexibility on the time employees arrive at work. If you are working your hours and your work is in good shape, there is flexibility on morning check in. Of course an employee that comes forty minutes late will stay forty minutes more in the evening to compensate.
The challengesSalary was low for those with good qualifications. Maybe ok for new graduates who want to have experience. The yearly bonus is low even for high achievers. Less than a month's salary. Salary review/adjustment was low. It could take more than a year to happen. Inflation is not taken into account. Poor chances of career development. This is probably the reason for the high turnover.
