    Productive and fun working environment
    The good thingsFor me the best part about working here was the people. Everyone is so friendly to each other. The manager explained to us everything that we needed to do and answered any questions we had. Good place to start and work your way up for career.
    The challengesThe store can get hectic as alot of customers may come in, you might have alot of bookings that day or just alot of complaints you have to deal with. However management is really good at helping when you ask for it.

    The good thingsCompany provides really good sales training and script that really teaches you how to sell. Coworkers are very friendly and management is always willing to help you with whatever problems you have. Commission on sales is very high.
    The challengesIt can be challenging working and dealing with many customers everyday. Solving customer issues can be challenging. Sometimes feels like working hours are very long.

    Love the people here, Love the commissions
    The good thingsI love the people I work with. They are so nice and made me feel so welcome when I first started working here. Management really goes out of their way to help you with anything you need. Work is very rewarding helping customers and you are able to learn alot about the skincare industry. High commissions keep you very motivated.
    The challengeslearning all the different types of skincare products and knowing which product would best help the customer needs. Can be stressful sometimes working with customers.

    The good thingsAble to learn alot about telemarketing and dealing with customers. The better you get with dealing with customers the more sales, commissions, and bonuses you get. Able to further your career moving up to even managing your own team. Co-workers and management are friendly and willing to help.
    The challengesSome days can be really hectic and fast. Can be challenging dealing with difficult customers. Must have a good amount of patience.

    The good thingsI have made more money than I have at any previous retail jobs. Get to meet lots of interesting people and help them. Staff members are very nice.

    The good thingsThe management is very flexible in terms of break times etc so long as you perform your responsibilities. They are friendly and the atmosphere in the office is very positive with little drama.
    The challengesThey demand alot in terms of work output. I as a customer service representative found after a while doing various other tasks outside of my jd. Anyways i enjoy staying busy so I cannot complain.

    The good thingsThis company doing business skincare and cosmetics products. This company open shop at Bangsar Shopping Centre Kuala Lumpur. All the products import from Australia and all ingredient make it from organic.
    The challengesThe challenges in this company when arrangement and process import all the products from Australia to Malaysia. Many procedure and process for make sure everything well.
