    It's been a great experience working with Tealive. We get to serve people and it teach us on how to be more patience when dealing with the customers.

    The challengesSometimes we have to face challenges from other shops. That willa make us feel more stressful. Because we have to compete with them.

    Great colleague, busy outlet
    The good thingsEasy to achieve sales target, easy to get incentive. Quite easy to get overtime if you want. Great colleagues and bosses, very friendly. Even the big boss come and see you during CNY to give ang pao. Overall, great environment. And they never neglect quality, audit comes consistently.
    The challengesToo busy to handle sometimes, you feel guilty if you leave on time without OT because there is always not enough manpower. Maybe they should increase salary so more people would stay bcs the workload-salary ratio is not balanced. Maybe in less busy outlet it's okay but busy outlets are not worth it. Also, not much training provided so have to learn in-store. Quite hard to do for those who are slow a bit if the outlet always have customer.

    More downs, than ups.
    The good thingsThe friendly colleagues, the occasional free drinks
    The challengesThe inconsistent time frame of work. Lack of communication from outlet to the other. Lack of educated and competent staff members. Frequent 14 Hour shifts with no breaks in between. The lack of simple quality of life conveniences, I.E a chair to rest on even for just a few seconds throughout the day

    A good start for a fresh graduate
    The good thingsThey prioritize their outlets' quality by regular check ups, employees training and up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures. The thing that i like the most in the company is their ideas to creatively decorate each outlets to be an individual rather than a uniform sets.
    The challengesone of the biggest challenges are the promotion. They have too many promotions that it is very hard for the employees to keep up. And due it being rebranding they have to catch up with the loss resulting in extra push on the sales which pressured a lot of employees.
