The good thingsEverything is possible! You just have to take initiative to drive the difference; very agile and dynamic environment :)
The challengesI won't say challenges, because is the same anywhere else, is more on how you adapt and turn it become opportunity. L'Oreal is a place that willing to test & learn, try & error, stay passionate on what you are doing, you will have the ability to choose which way you want to go and make it happen!

Work is a fun place to be at
The good thingsL'Oreal is a dynamic place. Not only you can groom yourself based on your job scope, but it allows most individual to experience different job environments. And there are also tons of activities that an individual may attend or participate to get to know other staffs from different departments.
The challengesIt is a FMCG, therefore one must keep up to the pace the business move.
