    The good thingsI had lots of opportunities to learn new thing and also gain knowledge in safety field. All colleague were very friendly and helpful. The work environment was easily to adapt because all worker are help each other.
    The challengesThere are lots of hazards in the site because this is the petrochemical plant. Most of the challenges is to create awareness among the contractor. They were hardly to follow the safety rules of the company.
