Great colleagueThe good thingsThe people there are friendly. They are all willing to teach whatever you do not know. They are willing to trust you on something important and give you time to learn and do. It is a very good experience working there as they are willing to give you suggestion.
The challengesThere are always new thing to be learnt. There might be loads of samples that the results are urgently needed and you need to make it on time. You need to be very detail oriented as a very small mistake can be very troublesome that you need to do it all over again and it might cause other people trouble also.
