    The good thingsMake you adaptable in different difficult situation and handling different customers and complex relationship with colleagues.
    The challengesThe work environment felt stressful and unbalanced. Management was unapproachable, and expectations were unclear. The irregular wage payment schedule made financial planning difficult. Favoritism was common, and feedback was often ignored. Not ideal for growth or work-life balance.

    It is time flexible with very comfortable work environment.
    The good thingsWe have a very close bond with each other within the team. The girls who works with me tends to assist and are very tolerant as well as understanding. The time is very flexible so if you are a student, you can adapt your time to the schedule. Regional Managers are always hands on with the stores so you are able to contact them directly if there are any sort of problems that you face.
    The challengesIt is good that the company have a better management system. I think when it comes to the full timers, the company lacks on that so it can be quite exhausting to those who works full time with no cover. Also, it is much proper is the company is ever to hire more positions so that the regulation of stocks, goods and management can be handled even more efficiently.

    The challengesNo work life balance, had to multitask and work for long hours, had to come in to work at 5/6am during promotional period and you don’t get any OT pay.

    I’m sorry i never worked here because i just finished my spm on 27/11/2019 but i know the staff at this lovisa are very friendly and kind because i’ve bought things before

    The good thingsI've learnt a lot and gained lots of experience while working here. Had a very great team and good managers. I love working here. Some of the people are very friendly and nice to talk and learn from. The company teaches us a lot in terms of how to manage customers properly and how to expend the company business to evolve more.
    The challengesSome of my teammates are two faced people. They didn't tell us directly our wrongdoings but talking back about us to the others. Some of part timers acted as if they are our managers and instructed us doing things, because they basically work longer than some of the new part timers and that is not a good thing to do.

    Rewarding experience!
    The good thingsLovisa provided me a wholesome experience for a student fresh out of college. I was able to work with other amazing team members, experience and learn different aspects of working in retail, and I had amazing managers & team leaders who didn't just treat any of us like \"staff\", but looked after us and cared for us as we worked there. Lovisa challenged me in many ways and it was an incredibly rewarding experience.
    The challengesAs a part-timer and a student, working hours were a little bit of a stretch as I would sometimes be asked to work full days on weekends due to the lack of people on team at the time.

    The good thingsOther workers are very helpful and friendly. When I first started working here, everyone was very nice to me. They have helped me a lot and it was my first time working so of course I did some mistakes but my mistakes were easily forgiven then they would teach me how.
    The challengesThere are no challenges working with the company as the work that was given was easy to adapt and not as heavy but I did think dealing with some customers was a bit hard. Although it was a bit hard for, I did try to adapt with surrounding and slowly learn from it. At the end, it went well for me and I had no trouble.
