Negative culture, fail to distribute work effectively and insufficient guidance to the new employees
The good thingsQuite lineant to the newcomer.
The challengesLack of guidance from the superior since they are already occupied with tonnes of work, even the management didn’t showed much care to the newcomers. Imbalance workload distribution is the main problem here. Blaming when error occurred culture are everywhere from the apex board to the bottom workers of the board always make their own arrangements regardless the system. Couldn’t see any bright side from it.
