    Everyone is like a family. Worker and bosses work together to resolve problems
    The good thingsMy boss had more trust on what i can do more then myself. Pay is up to date and never late. Its was great to see the trust that company placed on me to coordinate the daily job requirement. Top Management is always there to guide and help when there is a need. Weekly updates help check status of outstanding projects at the same time issues can be brought up to management.
    The challengesSituation changes day to day and you have to adopt to it quickly to resolve the problems at external job site. Its lots of team work and i have to make sure i have to give my 110% so that the others in the team can carry out their jobs efficently
