    The challengesManagement will always pick on you no matter what. You will always wrong even when you are very right. They only favor brown noser. Less opportunity for career development. No WLB, even you are home still thinking about work.

    The challengesIf you wish for a WLB, this is not the place for you. Poor management. Very fast paced. Micromanage boss. Good circle of friend. Good documentation practices. Human resources who would never took sides for the staffs.

    The good things1. On boarding was nice. 2. Clean and conducive office. 3. Good salary + car allowance 4. Strong quality assurance and quality control.
    The challenges1. Three months notice period once you sign the offer letter. 2. No guidance. Too many processes. 3. High turnover. 4. Stressful
