    Work-life balance with a great team. Would definitely re-join in the future if there's a chance
    The good thingsThis is the best team I've been in. As an introvert, the team always include me in their lunch outing and would also joke around with me. The boss may be strict (sometimes) but she would empower and guides everyone. Everyone is very kind and willing to guide me
    The challengesNot sure how other teams/departments are but there are not that much challenges here. Maybe some customers are abit hard to deal with but overall, the whole experience is a 100/10

    The most challenging aspect has been the monetary compensation—salary increments and annual incentives have been relatively poor over the past three years, particularly since the onset of COVID-19. This is largely due to the company's business performance, which has struggled without significant breakthrough projects or advancements in technological capabilities. Despite having many outstanding talents and innovative employees, the company has been limited in its ability to invest more in its people due to financial constraints. Other aspects of the work environment remain satisfactory.
    The good thingsFor employees working regular office hours, one of the best aspects of the job is the flexible company culture, which is especially beneficial for those with families.
    The challengesWhen a company offers flexibility, it’s important to uphold strong integrity and not take that trust for granted. Flexibility only works when the work gets done. I make it a point to remain reachable when my team or subordinates need to liaise with me about daily tasks and responsibilities. Once issues are escalated due to unresponsiveness, it can negatively impact your reputation.

    I hope the management can develop the company and take care of the employees' welfare, as well as be attentive to the employees' complaints. I am happy to work and have been here for almost 10 years.

    The challengesIt has been 3 years with no salary increase and no profit-sharing payment.

    1.Very bad support from engineer, we need to learn by own self, engineer not taking take care for their job scope and not need to learn the process flow at production floor, just acting only. 2.Very unprofessional boss.
    The good things1. Flexible working hour. 2. Not to stringent in term of benefit.
    The challengesUnable to get work done due to multiple obstacle and procedure from many different department and ranking. Over staff and uncontrollable spending. Too many managerial level who doesn't really doing their work.(some department)

    Overall is good but workload is not balanced. As process engineer, expected to cover a lot of things.
    The good things1. Flexible working hour 2. Not to stringent in term of benefit.
    The challenges1. Insufficent man power to execute things needed. 2. Required to cover a lot of thing such as lot disposition, rework, machine trouble shooting, support NPI, daily defect investigation, customer complaint investigation with minimal people. 3. Management only focus on cost saving and ultimately sacrificing product quality. 4. Having mentally and physically burnout.
