    Good and bad experience.
The good thingsThe Country Head and Managers here are great. They do not micromanage and always make it a point to check in with everyone on a weekly basis to make sure you are on track. Training may be limited for new joiners and the company do carry some sense of expectations in the early stage. Great team though.
The challengesWould be great to have open communication between management and the staff. Commission scheme could be better. Niche industry. HR is a nightmare in terms of payroll and claims.

    Very Good learning experience
The good thingsLearning experience, learning curve and the industry itself is very interesting. I like how the leader is always checking in and doesn't micro manage. This gives me space to be creative and the freedom to explore alternative ways to solve a problem and I work best in such an environment. The leader has a heart in growing and equipping the team, doesn't boss around.
The challengesCommission scheme can be improved, but overall it's a good experience and I enjoy working here.

    The experience is adventurous.
The good thingsLearning new things that are not in my field of interest, gets to evaluate people by the psychology and cognitive behavior, as well as the interaction with potential clients. Good thing that can help to improve communication skills.
The challengesWe are required to work and meet the targeted criteria at the stipulated timeline, where numbers matter. Would suggest that work progress can be a little more flexible and not too much stress on just meeting the criteria.

Interesting role if being \"kepo\" is your nature
The good thingsI like the company culture, the direction set by the mother company and constant collection of feedback by the management. The leaders and performers are definitely passionate in this industry. It is hard to train passion but that is the key to motivate and drive the operations towards success and the managers are.
The challengesLimited training but still as mentioned, passion is hard to be trained. The commission structure is below market rate and does not serve enough push for the sales team to perform much better. A lot of implementation are coming from the Singapore which do not seem can all fit into Malaysian ways of doing things.

    My honest opinion
The good thingsOpen door communication as well as a sense of being a family instead of employer and employee. Encouraging us to be open with our thoughts and feelings.
The challengesToo many unsuitable people who are signed up anyway for our services in order to hit our sales target but we don't have any suitable candidates in terms of dates for them. Some haven't gone out for a date for over a year and they don't put their member's well-bring first before sales targets. When they call in eventually, they are asked to open up their preferences.
