The leaders and performers are definitely passionate in this industry. It is hard to train passion but that is the key to motivate and drive the operations towards success and the managers are.
The challengesLimited training but still as mentioned, passion is hard to be trained. The commission structure is below market rate and does not serve enough push for the sales team to perform much better. A lot of implementation are coming from the Singapore which do not seem can all fit into Malaysian ways of doing things.
