The good thingsFriendly environment, helpful senior, work-life balance, good bonus payment, management willing to listen and make changes, during pandemic no salary cut.

The challengesLack of career growth. Special note : office might flood due to blockage at rainwater down pipe. Not sure fixed by now or not.
