    Tough,fast pace environment,need quick learning
    The good thingsStrategy place ,easy find food for lunch,salary ok, systematic and tidy of working process .
    The challengesFirst you must be very Fast Learning (for slow learning not recommend). Even new comer you must study and learn job function by yourself as guidelines given basic only(depends who ur buddy ,if lucky got good leadership and will guide properly,if not luck got that one not so okay attitude that refuse to give nice cooperation) Workload quite heavy but if once you already understand flow of work it will help to manage Need avoid to do any mistakes and work must done in very NEAT style Fast pace environment You must need be tough person in any aspect if really want join.

    The good thingsSystematic and well organized working culture.Very well defined job scope and no discrepancy on who and when to do what.Time punctuality and meet datelines(realistic)are highly emphasized here.Though IT is not very advanced but the software and system designed is very user friendly to everyone.Stock, deliveries, pending order, sales figure etc.. are all updated daily facilitate accurate decision
    The challengesThe boss who run & make major decisions of the company is the owner. It's wiser to have a few senior managers who can succeed him in case any unforeseen.Boss's wife and eldest son(25yrs then) are working in the company. Though they act professionally, it can't sake off the perception of working with queen and prince. Chemical industry is matured & growth is stable & bored. Talents hard to keep.
