    Great environment and great colleagues.
    The good thingsLuxoft is a great place to work at. It's characterized by a very friendly environment, and there is no pressure at all. Colleagues are great, salary is slightly above the average. There are many ways to improve you career path and the company provides many learning tools and courses. Work-life balance is good, and working from home is possible. The company also provides some benefits, like lunch tickets and discounts on several e-shops.

    Great Place to Work
    The good thingsThe company has a very deep and positive culture. The management is composed by young and open-minded people. The office in Italy is composed by people coming from all over the world and there are a lot of vertical growth opportunities given that the office has been recently opened and the company is hiring a lot.
    The challengesAs every service/consultancy company the topics you will work on are strictly related to the customer/project you work on (not all of them are really interesting).

    I learnt a lot from this company
    The good thingsI learnt from scratch about the industry when joining this company. I truly cherish the value and experiences that I got from working here. It has been a tough but very rewarding journey (in terms of experience) for me. I have been exposed to many clients and I am grateful for that experience. Medical and dental benefit was awesome!
    The challengesThe processes could be sometimes not too transparent. Maybe this area can be improved in the future.

    The good thingsLuxoft is very friendly to empolyee and it is very good interms of salary,advance salary and leaves as well. mostly health isurance is up to 10lakhs for floater plan to family as well.

    The challenges- There is tacit consent to work overtime just to complete all your tasks. - This year, the company will not give any raises.

    The good things- nice atmosphere (at least in my team), - no place for discrimination, mobbing etc. - promotion/raises opportunities - flexible working hours, - remote work, - private health & dental care, - group life insurance, - loyalty program, - mybenefit program, - events & activities for employees
    The challenges- average salaries, - global crisis approached luxoft too and I'm not sure if top management is able to handle it properly

    The challenges-the company does not care about work life balance, in theory we should work only 8 hours and in practice work after hours for free is glorified -the company only supports the mental aspect of the job by setting zoom group meetings with psychologists from time to time.

    The good thingsThe work culture is really good, and the management is supportive of its employees. They provide ample opportunities for personal and professional growth. Working hours are flexible. They also provide remote work options. I found Luxoft a stable workplace with many growth opportunities and excellent work-life balance. Monetary compensation is competitive with lots of benefits like medicare, multisport card, etc. Luxoft received 'Great place to Work' awards for its many locations last year - and I can't agree more. Overall a happy place to be in.
