    The good thingsCan learn a lot since it is a small team and can discuss together for planning.
    The challengesThe company management is very poor and not secure for staff as policy can change anytime and apply to their staff. Company structure not stable and keep changing. Do decision without the standard guideline. Company can break promise anytime also.
