    The good thingsThey did high investment and value longterm plan. Free environment to express yourself and embrace different ideas. The team are generally young but got passion to take many tasks.
    The challengesMany working instructions are not established yet. and working speed is fast.

    The top decision making person was no the experiance in this field, everythings have to follow his mind even that was wrong.
    The good thingsCompany always care about staff's benefit.
    The challengesCompany will not listen to the experience staff's suggestion until problem rise, one person have to take 5 person's job.
