    Lack of Promotion Opportunities: Limited chances for career advancement despite years of service. Low Annual Increment: Only a 3% annual salary increase, which may not keep pace with inflation or the rising cost of living. New Hires Earning More: After three years with the company, new hires are brought in at a higher salary than what you’re currently earning, which can be demoralizing.

    The challengesManagers are all crazy for their bonus . In order to get their bonus .. they willingly press/pressure on lower staff for the extra money.

    Old management was into learning, development, inclusiveness & diversity. After the new management taken over, is different. Power struggles is there. Not much of appreciation/recognition is given for those unfavorable.

    A place where feel like home
    The good things6 year with Lyreco as today. this company have a good working environment, Flexible working hour, Fun and laughter always fill the air. friendly co-worker, everyone willing to guide and advise you. Best Sale Convention, Gala Dinner and Team Building for every staff. Active sports club which keep organising event. This is a place you wont feel lonely unless you choose to be.
    The challengesBecause of challenger from all sort of issue and demand (expectation), I gain a lot of experience and exposure. There a quotes, "Those who work before in Lyreco, will have better opportunities in their new job". Don't said "Can't" but "How to". This will make your challenges more fun. :)

    The good thingsEuropean Company do focus on Staffs Benefits. Good work environment- work life balance.Lot of Annual Leaves.

    The good thingsProvide necessary training to enhance professional knowledge, retreat in monthly / quarterly basic. Indirectly, staffs have an engagement with top management, thus, the retention of staffs is stable. Most of position have promotion opportunities until top management. Open minded and welcome challenges management style.
    The challengesCertain position don't have any opportunities to promote. Salary increment for office staff is slower than market.

    The good thingsGood enviroment. Fare medical benefit. Nice working hour 8.30am to 5.30pm or 9.00am to 6.00pm. 5 working days which is good for all. no altenate saturdays. No OT compulsary. Good incentive and benefits, especially for sales. Good awards for long service and selected VLP for overseas travelling.
    The challengesHard to upgrade as need to wait for vacant position. Not easy to learn new scopes as every one has limited system access base on job title. no transport claim or OT claim. Must make sure get good basic salary as no other incentive or allawance.
