    Politic issue within managers.
    The good thingsTeam mates are friendly and easy to communicate and discuss with. Especially factory worker even much more friendly compared with leaders. a nice cosy neat office.
    The challengesMust have strong emotion control to handle extra angry construction/site people due to their nature of business.
