    Found out technology can be fun
    The good thingsEnough chances let us promote to customer, benefit are acceptable, even have annual leave when I am fresh in, food allowance, etc.

    Is a nice place to learn apple product and software, not only apple product.
    The good thingsIs a nice place to learn most of the apple product and what the IOS system can do. Every year new WWDC coming out we have new things to consume and put out to customer.
    The challengesI have to consume the product knowledge in the first two weeks. And the challenge which also be fun thing is to communicate with the customer and solving their problem, and feels great we could solve the problem and serve them well.

    Terrible and not enjoyable
    The good thingsMeeting and conversing with customers can be the only thing I feel that's constructive about working here as a fresh graduate.
    The challengesAlmost everything, inconsiderate colleagues, nonsense company planning that resulted in unnecessary complications such as pre-order for iPhones resulting in customer dissatisfaction and pay that's not even enough for food especially if you're working at the one utama branch. Would not recommend
