The good thingsNice working environment, met great people and long lasting friendship, location of the office is quite nice to LRT which is very good spot. Office near to all food courts & other public restaurants which is very good for anyone that have the passion of eating. Yearly anniversary outing, company dinner. Been with them since day 1 tech team was built up. Had fun in the early stages. Good people left & still remain friends till today.
The challengesOverall, all is good, however, there should be perfect co-ordination among team members on the job scopes rather than taking advantage of the person to do more than others. KPI should be evaluated not on the job scopes but rather on the tasks done through out the whole year in which none other team members do the same thing. To struggle for a good team-ship is very hard because everyone has their own perception of \"team mates\" and in their mind is \"im senior, you're junior\" or \"im junior, you're senior so you do more\" when in the early stages, everyone was working along together.

    Nice office. Average benefit
The good thingsNice environment and office. Free breakfast and food provided in pantry. Flexi working hour. Friendly and helpful colleagues. Young management. Average stressful. Strategy office location near by LRT. Dental and optical claim but not much.
The challengesAverage paid. Low increments. Low bonus. Due to enconomic is bad company divide bonus to 10 months to paid out even you only get 0.5 month bonus. Mean you have to work 10 more months in order to get the last year bonus. Very subjective and unfair to get opportunity to promote. Some may unfair and double standard treat different staff. No company trip.

The good thingsThe only good thing is that it has a pantry. Food is very selective thou. The working environment is very good. Easy access to LRT Ampang Park. Parking can be accessed almost everywhere that surrounds the building, however, it is not that cheap. Working based on Flexi which means you can come to work late but not later than 10 AM and finishes within your 8 hours of work but it does not applies to those working on shifts or Techsupport Department.
The challengesThe challenging part is that we are dealing with young management, young managers & young senior managers that do not want to listen to your thoughts. These are the things i faced during my 9 years stay. The salary is not that high. You cant demand nor advise to follow market pay. You cant decide to do a negotiation without being penalised. The parking rate here for staff are deducted RM250 a month should you wish to apply staff parking which is very bad when company could have given allocated parking or a deduction out of the RM250. There are no yearly staff travel or holiday given to any staff. Bonus can be expected to receive less than 1 month salary. If you do receive more than 1 month bonus, then your bonus will be segregated in 10 months pay.

    Nothing to shout about
The good thingsFlexible, not all is about work stress, simple food is provided to avoid employees to be hungry. anyhow, it really depends on the department's manager. Nice office too.
The challengesTo set a company's direction and to have more team bonding. Some groups are really difficult to handle and seems to have their own agendas.

Good place to be for experienced professional
The good thingsNice environment. Open space with games. Flexible working hours. Nice colleagues, Pantry with food. Parents sick can apply for special leave to take them to clinics/hospitals. Good place for performing individuals. Yearly anniversary outing. Special gifts for father and mother during Father's Day and Mother's Day. Well-established company.
The challengesYou need to step up your game. Experience counts. Accept critics with open-mind and you may grow further. Need to work individually most of the time, which actually can be a good thing if you are a performer. Things can come to you in one shot, you have to manage it accordingly and there can be different opinion from different stakeholders, which you need to handle.
