    The challengesRealistic sales target is needed instead of over ambitious projection. The aforesaid challenge certainly carry negative impact towards KPIs. Bonus subject to \"bonus scheme\" with moving goal post. 5 years plan is highly needed to provide direction for the company, distributor and staff to move forward smoothly.

    The good thingsEmployer are prudent in spending and thus, observe sense of security. The company carried brands that are all with high brand equity. Effective communication flow as the level of hierarchy are short and simple. Besides, good working ambience and all colleagues are satisfied with current condition.
    The challengesIt is a medium size company. Of course, benefits and perks is slightly lower than MNC.

    The good thingsThe management give the best support f you want further study, or company schedule course internally or externally for continously improvement carrier. Very good facilities such as cafeteria,mussola, car pool and toilet for all workers. Work environment is safety to all workers because they educate all workers to perform safety everywhere in workplace. They also covered insurance to all .
    The challengesTo support management to ensure all customer requirement is fully followed by all co workers. Indicator will attached to all workers to guide management to see how far the workers contributed to the company.it will be effected yearly increment. Unfortunately,this company dont have bonuses to the workers.
