    The good thingsGood employee benefit such as Annual Dinner, Family Day, great bonus and nice increment. During worker birthday, you will received birthday card and gift. For management staff, there are collection money for birthday celebration and other events and celebration in office such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali and Christmast Day which will have exchange gift on that day with cool boss.
    The challengesWorking with veteran workers and some hardcore worker need to handle with skill. Must know the tactic how to solve and have a good result. Must know with who we can talk or share. Not all can we believe. Learn and try to adapt. Some of it, learn from mistake but not to repeat. Sharing is caring but some sharing will be kill. Think before say to avoid any conflict. Know how to protect your self.
