The good thingsNot recommended to work in this company
The challengesNo proper structure in organization and very bad management. The boss listens everything to senior staffs. New staffs hired are expected to report to those senior staffs instead of their immediate superior. Be ready to do total different tasks outside the assigned job scope. No job satisfaction and no growth. Top management always put the blame on staffs who are not favored by the senior staffs.

The good thingsA lot of colleagues. More chances to get to know people. No cert needed to apply. You'll be given chance as long as you are willing to work. Long CNY holiday. Only open on the 6th day of CNY. Wear uniforms so no need to buy lots of working clothes. Good staff price. Up to 50% for certain products. Not expected to do OT. Good for those who have family.
The challengesMultitaskers preferred. Late salary 5th-7th of every month. Expected to do things out of your job-scope. Office workers are expected to do sales or attend all exhibitions 4-5 times per year. No boundaries in specialization. A warehouse manager can order you around even though you are from another departments. Too little annual leave. 8 days for starters. Limited medical benefit. Only RM35 per claim. RM350 per year. No other benefits except EPF, SOCSO and limited medical benefit. Seniority plays an important roles, not your position levels. No proper HR department to listen to employee needs. 99.9% Chinese staffs.
