    The challengesMany work loads and need to achieve the dateline. Sometimes the management asked to do “A” and suddenly “B”. Some of the experienced staff like to underestimate the junior and provoke in front of the customer. Cannot make mistakes or else some of the senior will provoke you. The staff should learn to respect people more in all level. Lack of proper training. Training only 40% and the rest depends on yourselves. Lack of man power. The higher salary you get the more task you need to do.

    The good thingsProviding good training to each employers so that every employers have an excellent knowledge on the company products and have the required basic skill for their roles.
    The challengesDuring my time, working area fairly small but now, the company growth and they moved to a bigger and more comfortable office.

    the best place to be with
    The good thingslike a family and good cooperation from everybody, free to learn everything and anytime you want to learn. how i started from the beginning and everibody help me to settle in and adapt to my new environment faster then i expected and how i able to learn things faster with everybody helps. everybody want participate in order to solve issue arise and the way we able to solve issue.
    The challengesbetter working time and salary to be release early instead of every early of the following month

    The challengesthe system and the management quit difficult to discuss. there always someone who will interrupt when you doing your job. the staff also not so polite. Need to improve more.
