    Shouted well with their so called 3Cs, but a rather big disappointment.
    The good thingsWorkload is well distributed, basic benefits are there.

    Environment of the company was great.
    The good thingsFriends encourage you for not be stress all day even though the real situations is super stress. Company don't appreciate well the staffs but the staff makes the environment cheerful and we feel less pressure during the day.
    The challengesthe salary was totally underpaid. with the living cost that is high, The management don't listen the needs of the lower management level like us (the implement). They just push us to work in fast paced even though we are working on it like really quick.

    The good thingsOpportunities to learn as you will be given multi job scope, outside your job description, although your title is a simple executive. You will need high interpersonal skills and ability to work with very minimal guidance.
    The challengesA more prominent career pathway is required. Else, you will be stuck in one position without knowing how you can advance. Worse, you may just stay in one position for 20 years!
