    The good thingsHave fix bonus, performance bonus, lot of activity for all level, have positive colleagues and supportive superior. Most important can be a good HR. The company direction and guideline very clear. Typical word about HR - Hire & Fire. Absolutely no such things if have good management and clear direction.
