    A COMPANY WITH NO STRATEGY & NO TRANSPARENCY
    The good thingsThe company do provide a work-life balance & allow you to try any new marketing or sales method as long as it is zero cost for the company.
    The challengesThe company is a start-up and they do not do any of the market research and strategy. When you provide feedback from the market, you will become the target of a shooting. When you ask for the strategy or marketing support, the management replied that any of the employees should be independent to complete the marketing material instead of asking from the management. The management changes their sales target every month despite the facts and employees suggestion.
