    Toxic micromanagement and zero growth; stay away if you value your mental health and time.
    The good thingsOn-time Pay: They pay on time, which is the bare minimum for the soul-crushing workload.
    The challengesCulture of Fear: Management rules by intimidation and expects 24/7 WhatsApp availability. ​Zero SOPs: You’re thrown into the deep end with no guidance, then blamed for "failing." ​The Revolving Door: Turnover is so high you’ll stop bothering to learn new colleagues' names. ​Broken Promises: Mentorship and career paths discussed in the interview are non-existent.

    The challengessystem need to be updated, expected new joiner to be fast paced, but themself slower than a snail. just know how to compare ppl than helping. oh by testing IQ, trust me they mindset still stuck in 80's - 90's. to much double work tasks.

    The good thingsHave proper training and job improvement because HOD don't want you to promote . Have feed back this to HR but HR seem don't care much .

    The good things-Working hours from 9am till 5pm. -Better staff benefit. -Nice & helpful colleague.
    The challenges-HOD follow micro management & emotion. -Need support HOD not matter day or night time. -Colleague high turnover rate.
