    The challengesKeeping up our reputation, both the company and our own, because different client gives off different level of work satisfaction. Our very best might or might not suits their definition.

    The good thingsSupportive work environment where everyone help everyone regardless of job title. Your words can be heard whether you are an intern or a senior
    The challengesManagement can be bias and your hard work might not be appreciated. They tend to rush projects without thinking of the effect. If anything go wrong with the project, they blame you instead of their bad planning

    flexible time and place
    The good thingsThe job is based on our own free time and the work place is on our preference. They also provided apps for us as in it easier for us to organised the job that suit our daily routine especially for those doing it part time.
    The challengessometime the apps is suddenly stop and resulted difficulty when in need.
