    The good thingsGood work-life balance, supportive team, and good employer and employee relations. During the covid-19 pandemic, the management work well to satisfy employees' needs.
    The challengesThe salary is a bit low for those who didn't have an engineering design background even though have few years of working experience.

    Less senior and no guidance from senior or manager...designing the works only bases on software not a experience basis..not prefer for junior engineer to join this company. Prefer for experince with independent engineer..

    The challengesMIGHT BE NEED TO SOLVE THE TASK WITHOUT ANY SUPERVISION AND ENOUGH TEAMWORK SINCE THE COMPANY IS SMALL FIRM. IT NEED YOU TO HAVE A GOOD ANALYTICAL AND CRITICAL THINKING TO SOLVE THE TASK.

    The good thingsGrowth with the company and team work. Gain experience independently. Seconded to other company with new working environmen and new working experience as the only malaysian to work among foreigner and can share our knowledge as a malaysian engineer. Get to know well local authorities officers including the senior managers for ease of approval. Learnt to manage new projects and managing a team.
    The challengesExtra works but less pay. No increament or bonuses. No senior to guide on certain things which require all staff including senior engineers to seek from other source. No support from administration department in getting a new staff to support overloaded jobs. No milage or overtome claim if working on saturday or sunday. Lack of experince engineers to support technical team.
