    An Interesting & Satisfying Workplace
    The good thingsThe workload is reasonable and not as crazy as other big companies I’ve experienced. Furthermore, there are good colleagues and teamwork here. So it’s like a 2nd home, with opportunities to work with lifestyle furniture; this is a good place to be if you like design and furniture.

    The good things4 months probation with guaranteed income does help me to reduce my financial burden while i start my new career in furniture industry which is totally new for me. Senior colleagues are very helpful and Manager are very supportive when i occur some customer issue. Workload are abit much but it is manageable.

    The good thingsI have work here for 4 to 5 years.. since I work here I have increase my confidence level in communicating and doing my decisions which is very important in anything you do and the superiors are willing to teach as long as you want to learn from them.. besides that i also have yearly increment and bonus based on performance and job role too... the working environment here is friendly and colleagues are helpful.. I'm so grateful to have opportunity to learn and work here..

    My first Furniture Retails Experience
    The good thingsHealthy amount of work challenges in a lively and ever-changing retail environment, with many chances to improve skill sets in many areas; in fact, you'll hardly be bored with your job. Management was supportive. Marketing came out with an attractive offer every month. Nice place for youngsters to develop themselves into an all-rounded talent. A certain degree of work autonomy is also provided.
    The challengesWork-life balance; if you dislike working under shopping mall hours, or if you have social commitments, working here's probably a bad choice.
