    Very relaxed tenure, but no growth
    The good thingsIts the place to settle down or if you dont want to improve yourself anymore. Its so laid back and chill. Theres too many people working on something so can relax a bit.
    The challenges1. Company under financial stress, but no action taken to improve the situation 2. No chance for proper training 3. Promotion is based on who HR likes 4. Forever cost cutting, but the major expenses that needs revision is not looked at 5. Difficult to do work when you have to collaborate with others because the culture is very laid back
