    The good thingsthey don't hassle you, make sure just do your work well and get it done on time. it doesn't matter if the some of the management doesn't like you as long as you do your work right you'll be fine!
    The challengesthe are times when the top big boss needed you to do / check something for him, he will call you every 30 minutes for the update.

    A company with happy workforce
    The good thingsYou will be able to describe the overall process in the plant after several months. A lot of exposure to various type of equipment including hands on that will benefit the staff in terms of learning and experience.
    The challengesWhen there is critical equipment problem you have to work extra to solve the problem because the customer or client are representing Malaysia (KLIA) and important government building in Putrajaya and world class university (University Teknologi Petronas)
