    The good thingsCompany recognize staff by promoting them internally and always have 2 way communication among staff and company. Company always listen feedback from the staff. Besides, management always try to reduce staff's workload by upgrading and improving the current system and software.

    The good thingsThe foundation to be the leader in other company. Eye-opening exposure to Japanese work culture. Privileges to travel around the state and meet different clients. Compulsory monthly sales meeting and product knowledge training in Subang Jaya HQ to build better relationships between co-workers and management. Good stepping stone for fresh graduate.
    The challengesPressure from Japanese management to push sales numbers. No excuses accepted. Customer problem is PSE problem. Must deliver result/sales numbers by hook or by crook.

    The good thingsA multinational company with challenging working environment. Good immediate superior and friendly and helpful colleagues. Everyone try to work together and willing to share their view in order to achieve the Company vision and objective.
    The challengesAlthough the holding company has been established over 100 years, the Malaysia subsidiary was established in year 2013. The operation procedure and internal control are still have a room for improvement.
