a main contractor but still having the mind of a sub contractorThe good thingsall in all its a good environment to work. low to mid level colleague is working together for the common goal. also the benefits that they provide at living quarters and transportations wise for us is a plus.
The challengescertain top personnel needs to be audited or checkout for their performances. cronyism & inside politics is normal. also during my last 2-3month they brings micromanagement to the table which is not good. also they love you to do 2or3 outside of your job scopes and held you responsible for it.
