    Robust environment which allows you run your ideas and of course within the scopes!
    The good thingsgreat environment which allows us to run our ideas and personal focuses within the company direction and scopes. you'll be given opportunities to trial and error and improve your analytical skills if you love it!
    The challengessuper competitive low brokerage makes it difficult for dealers and remisiers to have a decent profits/incentives/bonuses (whatever you call it) but that's not the core challenge as market trend is already heading this way. the main challenge for working in this company is the Communication from the management towards those in the workfield is often lack off. Sometimes we're not sure what's the changes that's already in place. It'll be best for the management to soon realize and accept that the timely and accurate delivery of critical information is very important for the workfield to know the changes.

    Nice environment but not good for carrier development
    The good thingsGood things are the employer employee relationship mostly satisfied, they taking care of their workers, office provided pantry and water dispenser for workers to make hot milo. For Muslim workers, they provide a Surau inside office, employer will give some time for workers to pray. All the colleague are nice to you, easy to make friends with them, no discrimination.
    The challengesChallenges is there is less increment, less bonus, less carrier development. Its more to routine task with SOP. If you work in IT Dept, mostly all hardware are manage by vendor and only high level people are allowed to the changes on the hardware.

    The good thingsI able to work with those hardworking staff and they are always friendly enough. They will like to share with you what they know and will leave no man behind. They will listen to you and we always share our knowledge and apply our skill in our task.

    The good thingsIts a small company, its where you'll learn a lot; From the administrative to the stockbroking elements you learn them all. Keep in mind its a place for you to build a foundation to your career, growth is quite limited.
    The challengesIt can be called sales in some ways, so you'll have to brush up on your verbal and communication skills to communicate with customers.
