A great platform for learning purpose
The good thingsThe best way to learn new things is by troubleshooting. Here at MSCIL, you can learn a lot from daily routine jobs. From maintenance (M.E.I), Process, Safety and Operation, there so many things to troubleshoot (read; LEARN). I would highly recommend fresh graduates with fresher ideas and passionate about learning new things to work here.
The challengesThe company is currently evolving. There are so many challenges to face and the most obvious is to cope with the management's demand. The greatest asset a company could have is not the equipment or the technology, instead, it is the employees. The management here is quite reluctant to focus on employees' happiness, eg; recreational activities, company first philosophy, and poor work-life balance because of that philosophy.

The good thingsA great platform to learn about plant setting. Flexible supervisor who was willing to share his knowledge and his experiences. Friendly people who greet you with smile every morning.
The challengesIt was far from my house and the allowance given was RM 450 which i consider low as half my allowance spent on petrol money for my travelling from home to work.
