    The challenges1. Many problems are swept under the carpet and the management just "buat tak tau" such as waste management, repair and maintenance and compliances. 2. Many elder staffs are reluctant to change and improve. Quite difficult to work with. 3. This is chemical company to produce and handle many dangerous chemicals. You may need to expose with those chemicals.

    The good things1. Not too strict on regulation or security 2. Going back early at 5pm 3. Less stress during weekend/night 4. Good bonus and increment 5. Financially stable company

    The good thingsI enjoy the friendship between the executive and non executive level. The friendship is not determine by level but by the quality of working each individual possess.
    The challengesThe challenges in this company of course in having to finish task given on time. The task are challenging and mind blowing but worth it for intern to learn new things as the company are willing to teach us about new things.
