Pro & Con to work here.
The good things1. Good work life balance. 2. Easy to communicate with most of Senior Management, they support & nurture staff below them. 3. Good opportunity to learn about FI.
The challenges1. C-level is old school & making all process longer. Asking not relevant questions. 2. Long unnecessary process for everything, making staff & client headache. Please learn from other FI & Banks to make things faster. 3. New staff is expected to quickly learn everything in the 1st month. No guidance & introduction.

The good thingsThe management are supportive. Due to low number of staff, everyone seems to have a good relationship within them. No problem with communication.

The good thingsFriendly mentor and senior staff. Work life balance. Standard benefits and allowance. Increment and Bonus are moderate. I have been working for 10 years for 3 financier institution. This is the most leisure job which I met before.
