As summary you won’t be disappointed joining Data Analytics team
The good thingsSupportive team environment: Colleagues are friendly, approachable, and always willing to help each other also wont leave others behind for Analytics Dept itself. Learning opportunities: There’s exposure to structed ecosystems and tools, which helps develop both technical and soft skills. Work-life balance: Management generally respects personal time and encourages flexibility when needed. Plus point : You’re encouraged to be innovative with both the dashboard design ,technical implementation.
The challengesOccasional last minute updates may require fast action, but they’re not frequent and usually handled well by the team

A great place for your mental health
The good thingsThe workplace is very calming and great work arrangement where you can request for WFH easily. The team are cheerful and very friendly. They have a lot of facilities to facilitate to the employee such as their own surau, nursing room and a lot of meeting rooms. Furthermore, the annual leave is a lot and you have flexible working hour.
The challengesNo clear career growth. Higher management seem to not know what they are doing with everchanging decisions made. If you look for company that you can learn a lot from, here is not the place to do so. Plus, the salary is very low compare to the market standard.

    Healthcare Travel Agenda
The good thingsMHTC functions like a private company - driven by performance measures (KPI), market development, marketing, digital initiatives and industry study opportunities. The learning curve is sharp and the pace is fast.
The challengesHaving to manage foreign vendors, healthcare facilitators, travel agents and business partners. To convince and gain the trust of international patients to seek treatments in Malaysia.

    Great Working Place, Poor Management
The good thingsVibrant working level environment. Great synergy and places to learn a lot of stuff (on job training). Flexibility is a plus points.
The challengesCareer progression is unclear. The company keep hiring new staff when there is so much potential in existing staff. HR is not proactive in identifying talent and retain talents in the company. Management direction is often not clear and lost focus although company direction is set. Spending not prudent.

    Worst Top Management Ever
The good thingsColleague are very supportive.
The challengesUnclear direction from top management, because them themselves don't even know what they want. Top management will never provide any input on how to get the job done or make it better.
