    I have very good experience and like to share with New and junior staff for further and Good for organization.
    The good thingsI have good experience as acting Nurse Manager for more than 10years. I also good experience making staff schedule and organised and running big unit as Senior Staff and can run the unit very well.
    The challengesDon't like working in Stress situation and in organised unit.... I like to working with very Good and understand with the staff and well harmony.

    The good things1. Best teamwork among colleagues. 2. Able to implement any tasks with flying colors. 3. Managed to get the job done, produced the best results more than what's being expected by management team. 4. Employers keep on on motivating their employers to be more energetic, productive and creative. 5. Employers provide quirky employee perks, managing staffs welfare in the best level.
