Good company to start your career
The good thingsBenefit is good. Friendly environment. Parking is free.
The challengesNot a good company for career improvement for existing employees. Bonus and increment are not competitive. No transparency for staffs in the same department making development limited.

    Flexible mindset for workplace flexibility
The good thingsI would love to join your innovative team and grow within the company by learning new skills.
The challengesIt’s a challenge for anyone to be creative all the time. Generally, what we call creativity, ebbs and flows for most of us. I hear about challenges that come from employees that struggle to be creative all of the time.
