The challenges1. Production not cooperative towards quality issues.
2. QA have to handle disposition despite defect created by production.
3. Very messy organisation structure.
4. No preventive action, only firefighting everyday.

The good thingsMDI is well known as a learning company. We are free to experience all processes ourselves provided the guidance from the experienced colleagues here. Some of the colleagues has been working for more than 15 years and they are very keen to spread the knowledge.
The challengesI personally think the salary is quite low with the workload we are earning.
